          Each one of these nuggets will vary a little because they are individually formed. Accented with a diamond on a simple chain. 

          Sterling silver (white finish) or 18K yellow gold, nugget diameter 7mm.  Sterling silver version has a 0.025 ct diamond.  Gold version has a 0.04 ct diamond.  Both diamonds are G,VS quality, cable chain available in 2 length.
